The Client
Eastern suburbs based, our clients were a young family wanting to live in close proximity to Watsons Bay. After touring the area with them, we introduced them to Beach Avenue, a street they’d never noticed before. Having seen an off-market property there a year previously and knowing it hadn’t been sold, we approached the agent and gained access. On the first visit our clients made it clear this was the one. We negotiated with the selling agents and manage to secure the house for our clients without any competition. This purchase succeeded in large part due to our on-going agent relationships and experience working with off-market properties across Sydney’s most exclusive suburbs.
