We were introduced to William and Ben on the recommendation off a Real Estate agent we met at a few open homes. She recognized we had very unique requirements when it came to our search and believed Will and his team would be able to help. She couldn't have been more right!!

When Will initially reached out my partner and I had never previously thought about engaging a buyers agent to help us with our search. Something I was quick to point out when Will called. Regardless, he took the time to understand our situation and unique requirements for the multi-generational home we were looking for. He offered his insights and personal recommendations and after that conversation I was hooked! I knew after that first conversation that Will and Ben were going to be the ones to find us our next home.

As someone with a partner who works in retail I ended up spending a lot of Saturdays going to inspections alone which can be quite tiring especially when making such a monumental decision. After we decided to engage Will and his team, he quickly became my Saturday open-home partner. Will curated a full list of off-market and on-market opportunities matching up with our requirements, and after a full day of inspections, would take the time to sit with me and go through the pros and cons of each which I would then debrief with my partner in the evening.

When the time came to secure a property, Will worked with us through all the due diligence and inspections to ensure this was the right one for us. When it came time to begin the negotiation process he worked tirelessly with us to make sure our interests were protected at all times, and when I say tirelessly I mean it, the man doesn't sleep! I'm convinced he's a super advanced Buyers agent machine

Will and his team secured our dream home at an exceptional value, all the while re-assuring us every step of the way. With the level of care and expertise Will and his team displayed throughout the entire process we were comfortable knowing we were in good hands and had absolute trust in their decisions and recommendations.

From our first meeting all the way to when we were told that our offer was accepted Sophie and everyone at Goldman Bros were fantastic. Everyone in the team went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect property, at a great price.
