The Client

A first home buyer, our client engaged Goldman Bros to assist her in securing a Bondi Beach home. Utilising our local agent relationships we were able to present her with several on and off-market opportunities, but this Ocean Street property ticked all her boxes and more. Though we originally sourced it pre-market, we used an agreed purchase strategy and followed the property once it came to market. After 10 days and through a strategic negotiation process, we were able to secure the property for our client before it went to auction.
