August Market Report & Recent Purchases

Winter isn’t what it used to be. It’s definitely hotter. And so is the market for prestige property across Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.

It’s interesting to note that across Sydney 50% of the properties we purchased over winter were ‘off-market’, and of the remaining ‘on-market’ properties 85% of these we purchased pre-auction. On average it takes our team about 39 days from signing with Goldman Bros to exchanging on a property for our clients.
